She studied Communication Science and is an art direction specialist with over 8 years of experience in the industry. Currently, she runs her own studio, Casa Bele, where she continues to explore new ways to merge art and communication. She is also the co-founder of Mapsound nd works as a creative consultant, helping various brands stand out and communicate their messages effectively.

What is Hapely and how does it work?Hapely is a custom gift box service. We design and produce fully original, beautifully crafted boxes to create a one-of-a-kind experience.

What’s included in each box package?It depends on the package you choose, but all boxes include a rigid box, tissue paper, and a custom card. The Full Box option can include even more, tailored to your needs!

Can I customize the design and items in the box?Absolutely! That’s the heart of Hapely. Everything is 100% customized based on your brand guidelines—or we can create a full original design from scratch for your event or campaign.

Is there a minimum order quantity?Not at all! We’re happy to create magic at any scale.

How long does it take to produce and deliver the boxes? / Do you ship internationally?Our printing partner ship internationally! Production and shipping times depend on our printing partner's timelines. We'll help you coordinate everything!

Can you help us choose the gifts if we’re not sure?Yes! We love helping with that part. We usually suggest a theme for your box (like Christmas, Gratefulness, Summer Joy, etc.) and pick a gift that matches perfectly.

What if we need a rush order?We don't offer rush orders—sorry! Good things take time, and we want your gift to be perfect.
